Information you provide
If you send an inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, organization, requested service, region, and details you choose to share. Please do not submit confidential system details, passwords, or sensitive personal data in the form.
Use of information
We use your inquiry to evaluate and respond to potential consulting engagements and maintain appropriate business correspondence. We do not advertise a mailing list or sell submitted contact details.
Form and hosting services
When you submit our consultation form, the information is transmitted to our Cloudflare Pages server-side function and forwarded to the Resend email-delivery service, which processes the inquiry and sends it to our business inbox. These providers may process and retain information according to their own policies. We do not intentionally store contact-form entries in a website database. Cloudflare may also process technical request information for security and operations. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in your inquiry.
Retention and requests
Inquiry emails may be retained for business follow-up and recordkeeping as reasonably needed. For questions or requests about your submitted data, email elmastech@gmail.com. Copies retained by email providers may be subject to their own retention practices.
Changes
This notice may be updated as our operations and service providers change.
